The Purpose

I created this site in 2023 to document my thoughts; although, I left it blank for quite some time. Now, it serves as a vital outlet for me to assert my personal experience with my offender and share my story. Some would describe the person of interest as a covert narcissist. I have mixed feelings about the use of the word "narcissist" as it feels overused and misapplied to unmet expectations in a relationship. I use it to define something much darker: abuse. Let’s be clear. I find it essential to articulate the thoughts and emotions that have been occupying my mind, particularly those I struggled to express previously. This process serves as a means of overcoming the past, raise awareness about the manipulative tactics employed by the offender, and facilitate my journey towards healing.

My intentions are unwavering, and I am speaking my truth. I have concrete evidence to support my claims—screenshots, voice recordings, security footage, videos, and bank statements. I seek no personal gain in sharing my story. In fact, I recognize and acknowledge that discussing my experience is often frowned upon; many expect individuals to remain silent and simply move on. This mentality allows the offender to prevail. I refuse to accept the outdated belief that burying the truth is an acceptable response. Times have changed, and we are moving towards a future that demands the exposure of injustices, no matter how minor. I aim to shed light on the unequal power dynamics that have inflicted significant emotional harm on individuals, particularly a young man and myself. It is time to break the cycle where offenders hold power while victims are forced to conceal their truths. I will not remain silent any longer.
